This enhancement grants clients with an additional element of control over their accounts. Clients can now monitor their delinquent accounts receivables throughout the collection process.
This new feature provides real time collection data, reports as well as up to date delinquent information including, new phone numbers, address and payment schedules. Clients will be provided with a secure user name and password to access the system. Advanced search options are offered as a sleek way of navigating through the database.
The online client access is provided to clients at no cost.
